Our History

Born from struggle. Built for transformation.

She Is A Powerhouse was founded in response to a simple but profound reality: too many women suffer in silence after life knocks them down emotionally, mentally, or professionally. Whether it’s postnatal depression, business failure, financial crisis, or identity loss, we saw a gap in how support is delivered to women who need to rebuild.

After giving birth, I felt completely lost,  like I had disappeared inside motherhood. She Is A Powerhouse gave me more than just a safe space to talk, it helped me reconnect with who I am. The journaling prompts, the support forums, and just knowing other women felt the same made all the difference. I no longer feel alone, I feel seen.
